Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges only within 14 days of receiving the item.  No cash refunds.

Please email us to request a return: info@elulawear.co.za.  We will only accept returns requested by mail and not via messaging/social media.

We will only accept original, unworn, unused ELULA items with swing tickets still attached, free of odors, defects, stains or any signs that the item has been worn, used or altered in anyway.

Courier fees are not refundable

Returns are at a customer’s expense. Customers are to arrange their own courier collection and delivery to KZN. We recommend Aramex, through local Pick 'n Pay store.

Courier to 7 Ladlau, Simbithi Eco Estate, Ballito, 4399, KZN.  Alternatively, we can quote you on a courier collection. For this service please contact info@elulawear.co.za

ELULA merchandise purchased at independent stores and/or pop-ups must be returned to the point of purchase.

We regret there will be no exchanges/refunds on discounted/sale items.  Please check all size measurements, images and descriptions before purchasing a sale item.

Exchanges/credits will only take place once the original item has been received and checked for defects.

Any credit notes issued will not include the original shipping cost.

We accept no liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Regrettably, we will not accept exchanges and returns on any international orders or on sale, discounted or promotional items.

Refunds will not be granted to any gift voucher orders.

Vouchers and store credit are valid for 3 years in terms of the CPA

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

All ELULA merchandise is personally checked for quality before dispatch.  In the unlikely event of defective garment receipt please send an email, with an appropriate photograph attached, to info@elulawear.co.za as soon as the item is unpacked.  Collection and return courier costs will be covered by ELULA.
